Returns policy

RAW AF Shop stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your product. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship because we produce everything with our bare hands. If you experience any damage or if you're unsatisfied with the product you ordered, you can return your item as follows.

3.1 Return rules

All physical items (means all items except digital artworks) purchased in our online shop can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

You must have and show us the payment receipt to complete your return.

Item must be unused or in the actual condition when you discovered the damage. Please don't try to repair it on your own.

We refund the exact price you paid when purchased the item. Return postage fees will not be refunded.

Refunds will be applied according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (to credit/debit card or to PayPal account).

Items purchased at a 3rd party or a reseller are not subject to our return policy. We accept returns for our products purchased in our own online shop (www.rawaf.shop).

3.2 Return method

You can simply contact us in an email describing your concerns. We highly appreciate a photo of the damaged parts too and a copy of the receipt of your payment.

We will get back to you with our return address. Please pack the product carefully and ship it back to us using a carrier you prefer. We highly recommend to ask for a tracking number, so that we can be sure the parcel won't get lost. We can only complete the refund once we've successfully received the item.

3.3 Other solutions
